- I realize that I will need to schedule an appointment at the studio to choose my portrait and that my $250 will apply as a non-refundable minimum purchase towards my a la carte order.
- I realize that I will not receive the Special Cotillion Pre-Purchase Pricing, but will receive 20% off normal a la carte pricing for the prints I choose from the Ball.
- I realize I need to complete my selections and complete purchase within one month of the event to use my credit.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
You will come to the studio to make your selections by appointment within 30 days of the Ball and complete your order. Your $250 deposit will apply towards your minimum purchase. The portraits you choose will be re-touched personally by Kevin and professionally printed and coated for protection. Gift size Portraits start at $149 each, Wall Portriats 16" and larger start at $899 each. This special is only offered to Cotillion members for the Grand Ball.

You will also receive a complimentary weekday indoor session for your family to use this year and a complimentary design consultation at the studio to properly plan your session choosing the most flattering color palettes that also fit your decor style.

FRAME OPTIONS:
The studio has a number of hand selected carved wood framing options available in custom and ready to hang. Frames range in pricing.
UPGRADE TO PAINTING?:
The studio also offers artistic photographic paintings. Call the studio should you wish to upgrade your wall portrait to this option. Pre-Purchased mixed media paintings will receive a 20% savings.
WHO IS IN THIS POSE ?
Same pose of one child, All prints are of the same pose. If you would like to do one package of your child and a different package with a twin, notify the studio which collection goes with which pose.
WHEN WILL IT BE READY:
Your order will be available three weeks following Grand Ball. It will ship on that date.
